Notes:

• According to [Avogadro], the (center-to-center) bond length of H-H is 100.3 pm. The radius of H is from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrogen. See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_der_Waals_radius.
• The virial coefficients are from [Dymond2002, p. 41]. The temperature range of the coefficients is [60, 500] K, but this is not enforced in the functions.
