Notes:

• According to [Avogadro], the (center-to-center) bond length of O-O is 128.2 pm. The radius of O is from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxygen. See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_der_Waals_radius.
• The virial coefficients are from [Dymond2002, p. 69]. The temperature range of the coefficients is [70, 495] K, but this is not enforced in the functions.
